ORGANIZATIONAL HISTORY
At the beginning, the Federation dealt mainly with the organization of the Lyrical Competition which in 2002 was named after the City of Brescia. Since 2002, the Federation, given the demand of musical organizers, has also dealt with the selection of suitable artists for the realization of its projects. With the passing of the years, in addition to the lyrical competitions, the organized competitions included several musical disciplines: for example the piano competition "Pia Tebaldini", the Liederistic competition "Giuseppina Cobelli" and the competition for collaborating masters "Ottorino Respighi".  It has organized over 80 editions of opera competitions including: Capriolo in Franciacorta Lyrical Competition, Lyrical Competition Homage to F.
